the parents/guardian and that too only for serious reasons. It

of the school diary by the parents/guardian and must get it
sanctioned by their class teacher on the very following day.
Those absent for more than two days, must submit a leave
letter to the Principal on the day of reporting. It must also be
entered in the Leave Absence Record of the diary. Defaulters

XII and Rs.10/- for all other classes.
- In the likelihood of a pupil’s absence for more than a couple
of days due to serious reasons, the parents must apply for
leave in advance and in case of illness, a Medical Certificate
is to be produced on the day of reporting to the school.
- Report of absence without leave or unexplained absence
for more than five consecutive days and long absence for
insufficient reasons tender a student liable to have his/her
name struck off the rolls.
- All the students should compulsorily attend classes on the
re-opening day after vacation. Those absent without prior
Sanctioned leave will be fined at the rate of Rs. 10/- per day.
Those absent due to sickness must inform the Principal
before they are admitted to class, failing which they must pay
the above penalty. Absence without prior sanctioned leave

the students liable for dismissal.
