Sacred Heart Senior Convent School

Sacred Heart Sr. Sec. Convent School is an unaided English medium
school, affiliated to CBSE. It is a minority educational institution within
the meaning of section 2(g) of the national commission for minority
educational institutions Act 2004.Consequently Sacred Heart Convent
School, SriGanganagar is declared as a minority educational institution
covered under article 30 of the Constitution of India .

Sacred Heart Sr. Sec. Convent School, Sri Ganganagar is an undertaking
of Sacred Heart education and Charitable Society,Sri Ganganagar, a
registered charitable society under the management of Khrist Jyoti
Province (Punjab –Rajasthan) of the Little Flower Congregation.
Little Flower Congregation is a Catholic Society which undertakes
Educational and charitable activities in Rajasthan, Punjab, U.P., Delhi,
Kerala, Karnataka, Tamilnadu and in various other parts of the world.
The objectives of the society are to establish, construct, support and
develop educational and charitable activities and institutions through
its branches.

Sacred Heart Sr. Sec. Convent School provides a broad based foundation
in the basic knowledge and skills and endeavours to maintain the
highest standards in academic attainment and scholarship. Music,
Drawing,Physical training & games, debates, elocution, public
speaking, all form an important part of the school curriculum.
Though the medium of instruction is English, a high level of proficiency
in Hindi and Sanskrit is maintained.
Sacred Heart Sr. Sec. Convent School is affiliated to the Central Board
of Secondary Education (CBSE) and prepares the students for All
IndiaSecondary School Examination (AISSE) and All India Senior
School Certificate Examination (AISSCE) held by the board at the end
of Class X and Class XII respectively. It must, however, be noted that
Class X is a terminal stage in the “Ten plus Two” scheme of education
followed by the school. All the successful students of Class X may not
