Debate Competition – Where Ideas Find Their Voice

Sacred Heart Convent School, Sri Ganganagar, proudly presents a Debate Competition for Classes VI to VIII, offering young learners a vibrant platform to express their opinions, exchange ideas and develop the confidence to speak with conviction.
The competition brings together four enthusiastic teams to deliberate on two highly relevant and thought-provoking topics: “Dialogue and Diplomacy are More Powerful than Military Action or War” and “Gen Z: The Most Influential Generation in History.” Through powerful arguments, logical reasoning and healthy disagreement, the participants will explore different perspectives and discover that every issue can be viewed through more than one lens.

More than a competition, this event is a celebration of ideas, expression and critical thinking. It encourages students to listen respectfully, speak confidently and defend their viewpoints with knowledge and wisdom. As young voices take centre stage, the debate promises to be an exciting journey of words, wit and intellect—where opinions will clash, ideas will shine and learning will take place beyond the classroom.
