SACRED MOMENTS, SHARED SMILES – FAMILY FIESTA-2025

In a heartwarming and memorable celebration, Sacred Heart Convent School, Sri Ganganagar hosted the Family Fiesta, a one-of-a-kind event that brought together not only the dedicated staff but also their beloved families. The air was filled with joy, gratitude, and togetherness—a true celebration of the sacred bond we share as one school family.

The event commenced with a gracious welcome by Ms. Parul Munjal and Ms. Gurveen, who set the tone for an evening that promised joy and unity. This was followed by the solemn and symbolic Lamp Lighting Ceremony, gracefully led by Rev. Fr. Manager, Rev. Fr. Jobin, Rev. Sr. Principal, Rev. Sr. Mercy, and the Staff Secretary. The glowing lamp symbolized the light of knowledge, harmony, and divine presence, illuminating the path ahead for all gathered. The sacred ambiance was further deepened by a soul-stirring Prayer Song rendered by Ms. Shilpa and team, drawing every heart closer to the divine presence.

Rev. Sr. Principal then officially welcomed the staff and their families in a warm and heartfelt manner, expressing her delight and gratitude for their presence. Her words echoed the essence of the gathering—that we are not just colleagues but a family united in purpose, love, and faith.

A charming Prayer Dance by the staff children added a touch of innocence and grace, leaving everyone deeply moved. The rhythm of joy continued as Mr. Vishal and his team presented a melodious Musical Symphony that truly resonated with every soul present.

The stage then came alive with a vibrant array of cultural programs—games and quiz segments hosted enthusiastically by Ms. Jessy James, Ms. Gurpreet, and Ms. Sanju, and energetic dance performances by Ms. Usha and her team, each item adding colour and cheer to the evening.

The show-stopper was undoubtedly the electrifying Giddha performance by the KG teachers. Their graceful entrance, beaming smiles, and traditional moves lit up the stage and the audience alike. Their performance was not just entertaining, but also a testimony to the spirited and joyful culture nurtured at Sacred Heart.

A touching highlight of the evening was the “Guest Spotlight Programme”, where family members came forward to express heartfelt appreciation towards the school management and teachers. Their words were not mere gratitude, but a reflection of the love, trust, and respect they hold for the Sacred Heart family.

Rev. Fr. Manager addressed the gathering with wisdom and warmth. He extended his heartfelt thanks to all the families and staff, emphasizing the vital importance of nurturing a strong relationship with God and cherishing the bonds within our families. With gentle firmness, he cautioned against the overuse of mobile phones, reminding everyone that true connection lies in being present with our loved ones.

The program concluded on a gracious note with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by Ms. Manisha Seth, who expressed gratitude to everyone who made the event a grand success.

The Family Fiesta concluded on a delightful note with a grand dinner, where all the invited guests gathered to share a meal in an atmosphere of warmth and mirth. Laughter echoed across the venue as families, colleagues, and friends bonded over delicious food and heartfelt conversations. The dinner was not just a feast for the palate, but also a celebration of togetherness—a fitting end to an evening filled with joy, appreciation, and community spirit. As plates were filled and memories made, it was evident that the Sacred Heart family is not just a workplace, but a true home of love and belonging.

This Family Fiesta was not just an event—it was an experience. An evening woven with laughter, emotions, and the joy of belonging.
