The two-day CBP went far beyond conventional lecture-based learning. These activities encouraged teachers to look at everyday situations from different perspectives, recognise sources of stress, explore effective coping mechanisms and reflect on the importance of emotional balance, communication, empathy, resilience and positive thinking.

The sessions created an atmosphere where learning and enjoyment went hand in hand. Teachers participated with great energy, enthusiasm and wholehearted involvement, making the programme a vibrant and memorable learning experience. The activities not only enhanced understanding but also encouraged participants to introspect, collaborate and learn from one another.

The CBP proved to be both informative and insightful, offering practical takeaways that teachers can incorporate into their classrooms as well as their daily lives. The sessions reinforced the understanding that a teacher’s well-being and life skills play an important role in creating a positive, supportive and emotionally healthy learning environment for students.
